It’s the end of the day! What are you still doing here? Go run!

Running Shoes

I’m tackling some hills tonight. I’ll be doing 5 repeats of a roughly 400m hill, or measured another way, 10 bajillion gallons of sweat. It’s attractive.

What is your Thursday evening run? Did you kill it? (If you did it, then of course you killed it!)

    I absolutely despise hills but they definitely make you stronger as a runner. I’ve got a hill workout scheduled for next week 🙂
